Deposit & Payment Policy

Purpose

To ensure clarity and fairness in our booking and payment practices, this policy outlines card capture requirements, cancellation terms, and payment procedures.

Booking Requirements

All appointments require a valid credit or debit card to be securely stored on file at the time of booking.

  • You will not be charged at the time of booking.
  • Your card details are stored securely and only charged in line with our cancellation and no-show policy (see below).

Free consultations do not require card details unless part of a larger appointment booking.

Cancellations and No-Show Charges

We understand that sometimes plans change. To protect our stylists’ time and ensure fairness for all clients:

  • Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before the appointment will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment value, applied to the card on file.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged 50% of the total appointment value.
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full pre-payment being required for future bookings.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, card, and online payments. Receipts are available upon request.
By booking an appointment and storing your card details, you consent to charges being applied in line with this policy for no-shows or late cancellations.

Salon-Initiated Changes

In the rare event that Purity needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no charges will be made. We will offer priority rebooking or a full refund if pre-payment has occurred.
