To maintain fairness and protect the time of our team, this policy outlines our deposit terms, cancellation windows, late arrival conditions, and payment processes. Separate terms apply to Salon Services and Spa & Wellness Services.
Salon Services
Booking & Deposit

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance on the day.

A valid credit or debit card must also be stored securely on file to cover potential late cancellations or no-shows.

Free consultations do not require a deposit unless part of a longer appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
-
48+ hours’ notice: No fee, and your deposit will be refunded or transferred.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: A 50% charge applies, which includes your deposit.

No-shows or arrivals 30+ minutes late: The appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the full appointment fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late but within 30 minutes, your appointment will still finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.

The full service cost still applies, even if part of the appointment is missed.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show, incurring a 50% charge.
Spa & Wellness Services
Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all spa and wellness services.

This secures your appointment and will be deducted from the final total.

A valid card must be held on file for cancellation or no-show enforcement.

For spa packages, additional notice is required (see below).
Cancellations & No-Shows

Individual Spa Treatments: Require 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Less notice will result in a 100% charge.

Spa Packages: Require 7 days (168 hours) notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.

No-shows for any spa service will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your spa appointment:

You will receive the remaining time only.

Your appointment will still end at the original scheduled time.

You will still be charged the full appointment price, even if the treatment is shortened.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for a 25-minute treatment, or more than 30 minutes late for longer services, the appointment will be cancelled and charged in full.
General Terms (All Guests)

By booking a service at Purity, you agree to the terms of the relevant policy.

You authorise us to charge your card in line with these terms if you cancel late, arrive too late to proceed, or fail to attend.

Card details are held securely in compliance with GDPR and PCI DSS regulations.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the chargeable notice period.
Salon or Spa-Initiated Changes
If Purity needs to cancel or amend your booking for any reason, we will never charge you. We will offer you:

Or a full refund of any pre-payment made
