Consultation First
We begin with a relaxed one-to-one consultation to understand your goals, hair history, and preferences. Whether you're here for a major restyle or a regular trim, your stylist will take the time to assess your hair's natural movement, growth patterns, texture and density before making any recommendations.
A Spa-Style Wash
All Cutting & Styling appointments include a professional cleanse using our premium salon haircare. Children’s services also include a full wash at the basin. You’ll be invited to sit back and relax in our reclining spa chairs, complete with padded leg rests to help reduce pressure on the lower back, legs, neck and shoulders. It’s a moment to relax before your service begins.
Tailored Cutting & Finishing
Your cut or blow dry is always customised for you. From classic shapes to modern texture, we use advanced techniques to achieve results that suit your style and lifestyle. Where a finish is included (e.g. Cut & Blow Dry or Blow Dry & Finish), we’ll discuss your ideal outcome - whether that’s sleek, bouncy, tousled or voluminous - and use the right tools and products to bring it to life.
Aftercare Guidance
We don’t believe you should have to ask for advice. Your stylist will always provide personalised aftercare guidance and product recommendations, so you can keep your style looking fresh and salon-finished between appointments.
Need a Little More Privacy?
Many of our Cutting & Styling services can take place in the Wellness Cabana - a softly enclosed, private space designed for calm. If you’d prefer a quieter environment for sensory, cultural or personal reasons, just let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
