Consultation First
We'll start with a one-to-one consultation to assess your hair type, previous treatments, scalp health and desired outcome. Whether you’re smoothing out frizz or adding movement, we’ll recommend the right system for your goals and explain what to expect before, during and after your appointment.
Pre-Treatment Prep
All texture services begin with a professional cleanse using our salon-grade shampoo to remove any buildup that could affect your result. We’ll also check for any contraindications or sensitivities and advise on patch testing where required.
Application & Processing
Once we’ve chosen the right method for you - Keratin Smoothing or Perming - your stylist will apply the product carefully and evenly, monitoring your hair throughout. We work in sections and use low-tension, gentle handling to maintain the strength and condition of your strands.
Aftercare Guidance
Your stylist will give you clear, personalised aftercare instructions - including what to avoid, when to wash, and how to protect your results. We’ll also recommend the best aftercare products to extend the longevity of your treatment and keep your hair looking its best.
