Purity Salons Ltd uses CCTV to ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, and property. This policy explains the scope and purpose of CCTV use.

Why We Use CCTV

For security and loss prevention.
To protect the safety of our team and clients.
To investigate incidents when necessary.

Camera Locations

CCTV cameras are located in the following areas:

Main entrance and staff entrance.
Store room.
Reception desk.
Salon floor.
Staff corridor leading to the office.

Recording Practices

CCTV footage is retained for 28 days on Ring’s cloud-based system.
Footage is accessed only by authorised personnel for legitimate purposes.

Your Privacy

CCTV is not used to monitor staff behaviour or performance. Signage is displayed at all entrances to inform clients and staff of CCTV operation.
