What to expect on the day
On arrival at Purity, you’ll be welcomed into a calm treatment space and introduced to your therapist. After a short consultation, you’ll be invited to relax as your treatment begins.
Using soothing strokes and targeted pressure, your therapist will work across the hands, wrists, and forearms, releasing built-up tension and easing stiffness. Focus is placed on areas commonly affected by computer use, mobile devices, or repetitive movements, leaving the muscles relaxed and more flexible.
Though only 25 minutes, this treatment delivers noticeable relief and is an ideal reset for busy lifestyles.

Aftercare Advice
Drink water to rehydrate and support circulation. Gently stretch hands and wrists afterwards. Avoid repetitive strain for several hours. Moisturise hands and arms to keep skin supple.
As part of every treatment lasting 50 minutes or more, your experience is brought gently to a close with our Signature Touch. You’ll be offered a refreshing glass of lemon water, a warm or cold towel depending on the season, and a moment of stillness to reflect and reawaken.
Our guests also enjoy a serving of locally sourced, artisanal sorbet, chosen to refresh the palate and uplift the senses. This mindful close to your treatment helps restore balance and marks the return to the world with clarity and calm.
