What to expect on the day
Upon arrival at Purity, you'll be welcomed into our tranquil spa space and introduced to your dedicated therapist.
A short consultation will allow us to understand how you're feeling, what pressure you prefer, and any specific areas of concern.
Your Swedish Massage will take place in one of our dedicated treatment spaces, where you'll enjoy a heated massage bed, ambient music, soft lighting, and warm oil tailored to your skin needs. Your therapist will use long, sweeping strokes, kneading, and rhythmic movements to lull you into a state of deep calm.
At the end of your massage, you'll be offered time to rest, rehydrate, and slowly return to the world with a renewed sense of balance.

Aftercare Advice
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Avoid strenuous activity or alcohol for at least 12 hours. Keep warm and allow yourself time to rest. Use a nourishing body oil or lotion to maintain soft, supple skin.
As part of every treatment lasting 50 minutes or more, your experience is brought gently to a close with our Signature Touch. You’ll be offered a refreshing glass of lemon water, a warm or cold towel depending on the season, and a moment of stillness to reflect and reawaken.
Our guests also enjoy a serving of locally sourced, artisanal sorbet, chosen to refresh the palate and uplift the senses. This mindful close to your treatment helps restore balance and marks the return to the world with clarity and calm.
