We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time cleaner to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our salon.

Job Description:

As a part-time cleaner at Purity Salon, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all areas of the salon are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Daily Cleaning Tasks:

• Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including reception areas, styling stations, treatment rooms, and retail displays.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors in all areas of the salon.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with our recycling policies.
• Cleaning mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces to ensure they are spotless.

Weekly and As-Needed Tasks:

• Deep cleaning of all salon areas, including the treatment rooms, staff room, and storage areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing salon tools and equipment as required.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the salon management.
• Ensuring that cleaning supplies are stocked and ordering replacements when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a salon, spa, or similar environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
