What to expect on the day
Upon arrival at Purity, you’ll be guided into your serene treatment room and introduced to your therapist. After a short consultation to understand your needs, you’ll be invited to settle on a heated massage couch.
Smooth volcanic stones, warmed to a therapeutic temperature, will be placed on key points of your body to ease stiffness and promote relaxation. Your therapist will then incorporate the stones into flowing massage strokes across the back, shoulders, legs, arms, and décolletage, allowing heat to penetrate deeply into the muscles while tension gently dissolves.
The combination of sustained warmth and skilful massage creates a state of profound relaxation, encouraging the body to release stored stress and the mind to settle into calm.
At the close of your ritual, you’ll be offered quiet time to rest, hydrate, and slowly reawaken, leaving with a renewed sense of energy and balance.

Aftercare Advice
Drink plenty of water to rehydrate and flush toxins. Avoid strenuous activity or alcohol for 12–24 hours. Take time to rest and enjoy the lingering warmth in muscles. Moisturise skin to enhance the nourishing effects of the stones.
As part of every treatment lasting 50 minutes or more, your experience is brought gently to a close with our Signature Touch. You’ll be offered a refreshing glass of lemon water, a warm or cold towel depending on the season, and a moment of stillness to reflect and reawaken.
Our guests also enjoy a serving of locally sourced, artisanal sorbet, chosen to refresh the palate and uplift the senses. This mindful close to your treatment helps restore balance and marks the return to the world with clarity and calm.
